• All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason.
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing and shipping information.

Pricing

• All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
• Sales tax will be applied where required by law.

Payment

Payment is required before orders are processed. We accept the payment methods available during checkout.

Product Disclaimer

Because our products are handmade, slight differences between product photos and the finished product are normal.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Because our candles, soaps, and personal care products are handmade, all sales are final.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
• Include your order number.
• Include photographs of the damaged item and packaging.

After review, we may offer:

• A replacement
• Store credit
• A refund, when appropriate

We cannot replace or refund products damaged through misuse or improper storage.

Custom or personalized orders cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time

Orders are generally processed within 3–5 business days.

Custom orders may require additional production time.

Shipping

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information if available.

Delivery

Delivery estimates are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.

Iris Glow Store is not responsible for delays caused by:

• Holidays
• Carrier delays
• Incorrect addresses supplied by customers

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address.

If a package is returned because of an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply.

CANDLE CARE & SAFETY

Thank you for purchasing a handcrafted candle from Iris Glow Store.

For the best experience, please follow these care instructions:

Before Lighting

• Trim the wick to approximately ¼ inch before every burn.
• Place your candle on a heat-resistant, stable surface.
• Keep away from drafts.

During Burning

• Burn long enough for the melted wax to reach the edges during the first burn.
• Never burn longer than 4 hours at a time.
• Keep away from children and pets.
• Never move a burning candle.
• Never leave a burning candle unattended.

After Burning

• Allow the candle to cool completely before touching or relighting.
• Keep the wax free from matches, wick trimmings, and debris.

Safety

Discontinue use when approximately ½ inch of wax remains at the bottom of the container.

Failure to follow these instructions may result in fire hazards, personal injury, or property damage.

Iris Glow Store is not responsible for damage caused by improper candle use.
